Guided Tasting of Our Organic Wines
Come and discover our organic wines at our family-run estatewhere every bottle has a story to tell, shaped by our terroir,our craftsmanship and our shared passion for wine.At Domaine du Chat Blanc, hospitality is truly part of who we are. Expect a warm welcome, genuine smiles and the friendly atmosphere our estate is known for.
Throughout the tasting, we will introduce you to our three organic wines, each crafted from grapes grown in our 4-hectare family vineyard.
Price: €5 per person, or free with the purchase of 6 or more bottles.
For visitors who do not wish to buy bottles (cyclists, travellers flying home, etc.), we offer a 30-minute tasting experience for €10 per person.

Step into the heart of our family-run estate, Domaine du Chat Blanc, nestled at the foot of Mont Ventoux, and discover our passion for the vineyard, the traditions and know-how behind our wines..
Here, we work hand in hand with nature, allowing the character of our terroir to shine through in every organic wine we produce.
Along the way, our winemakers will share their knowledge, their approach to organic viticulture and some of the secrets behind the wines of Domaine du Chat Blanc.
As you explore the vineyard, you will walk among 2 hectares of young Grenache vines before discovering our old vines: 1 hectare of Syrah and 1 hectare of Grenache, all organically farmed.
What to expect:
🍇 Guided vineyard tour (45 minutes): Discover the story of Domaine du Chat Blanc, our philosophy and the way we grow our Syrah and Grenache organically. We will take you through the journey from vine to bottle, from tending the vineyard and harvesting the grapes to the winemaking process itself.
🍷 Tasting of our three organic wines (30–45 minutes): Explore the character of our vineyard through a guided tasting of our three wines, each with its own story, personality and expression of our terroir.
Every visit is personal, and we are happy to adapt the experience to your group. After the tour and tasting, you can extend your time at the Domaine with a picnic among the vines. (See the Picnic section below to make a reservation).

🧺 Our Immersive Experience: Vineyard Tour, Wine Tasting & Picnic
Set in the heart of the Provençal countryside, Domaine du Chat Blanc enjoys sweeping views towards Mont Ventoux and the Dentelles de Montmirail. Surrounded by vineyards and olive trees, you can settle in and enjoy the scenery against the backdrop of our beautiful 18th-century Provençal farmhouse, a place filled with history, character and timeless charm.
Your experience will include:
- A guided Vineyard Tour (45-minutes): Discover the story and philosophy behind Domaine du Chat Blanc as you explore our organically grown Syrah and Grenache vines, and learn how we take our grapes from harvest through to winemaking.
- Guided Tasting of Our Three Organic Wines (45 minutes): A moment to discover the unique character of our vineyard as we guide you through the aromas, flavours and personality of each of our wines.
- Picnic at the Domaine: Settle into our flower-filled garden overlooking the vineyard and enjoy a selection of delicious local specialities.
Your picnic basket includes:
- 😋 A generous platter of local specialities featuring a carefully selected assortment of local charcuterie, mature cheeses and seasonal vegetables, served with rustic country bread. A vegetarian option with cheeses and vegetables is also available on request.
- 🍷 A glass of our organic wine, or a non-alcoholic drink, per person to enjoy with your picnic.
Practical Information
- All-Inclusive Price: 50 € / per person.
- Booking Information: A 50% deposit is required by bank transfer to confirm your booking. The remaining balance can be paid on the day of your visit by cash or card.
- Special dietary requirements: Please let us know about any dietary requirements when making your booking.
- 📅 Please make your booking at least 24 hours in advance.
- ⏱ Duration: Allow approximately 2 and a half to 3 hours for the full experience, including the vineyard tour, tasting and picnic.

Dinners with Live Concerts
at the Chat Blanc
Let yourself be swept away by theunique atmosphere of our Dinner & Live Music evenings at Domaine du Chat Blanc, held in our flower-filled gardens in the heart of the vineyard. As the sun sets over the vines and night begins to fall, designer Nathalie Maugenet of Thalie des Collines brings the gardens to life with a bespoke lighting installation, transforming the Domaine into a magical setting for an unforgettable evening.
Enjoy an evening of live music performed by talented artists with a programme spanning from pop, folk, rock, jazz, bossa nova, soul, Latin and gypsy music, as well as French and international favourites.(Check out our programme to discover who is playing and what is coming up).
Enjoy dinner at the Domaine courtesy of our local partners , from chefs and caterers to food trucks and artisan producers. Delicious dishes freshly prepared on site Made with locally sourced ingredients and perfectly paired with our organic wines..
🎶 Concert admission: €20 per person, including a glass of organic wine of your choice. 🍷

😋 Chef’s Dinner: Main courses typically range from €10 to €15, with desserts from €5 to €7.
